Cody Johnson Wraps First-Ever Overseas Headline Shows


Multi-Platinum selling artist Cody Johnson wrapped his first-ever headline dates in Australia and New Zealand over the weekend with sold-out shows. The two-week series of dates began in the United Kingdom with C2C Festival dates in Ireland, Scotland and England. While overseas Cody’s “I’m Gonna Love You” duet with Carrie Underwood reigned at #1 for two weeks, he received seven nominations for the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards (including two for the Carrie duet) and last Friday he released a collaboration with Mexican singer-songwriter Carín León, “She Hurts Like Tequila.”


Cody’s Leather Deluxe Tour will resume in the U.S. on April 25 & 26 at the CAJUNDOME in Lafayette, Louisiana.
