Cody Johnson Releases Collaboration with Carín León “She Hurts Like Tequila”


Multi-Platinum selling artist Cody Johnson and Mexican singer-songwriter Carín León have released a collaboration today, “She Hurts Like Tequila.” The song is available across all digital platforms HERE. Cody discovered Carín’s music more than a year ago and was so intrigued with the lyrics, melodies and his outstanding voice that it prompted an invitation to write together. Those plans led to meeting up in Las Vegas where they were also joined by co-writers Trent Willmon, Johan Sotelo, and Orlando Aispuro Meneses. “She Hurts Like Tequila” came out of that session and they were joined with co-writers Trent Willmon, Johan Sotelo, and Orlando Aispuro Meneses.
